An update which improves the FS2004 version of the Boeing 787. Changes include; the correct airspeed is now shown, the rudder animation is corrected and an Icelandic air flight will now load in.

Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX): Help with Installing Add-ons

Note: This information only applies to First Class Simulations titles that are labelled add-on for FSX.

For add-ons to work they have to be installed into the folder containing Microsoft Flight Simulator X. When running the install or setup programme, it will attempt to find the folder on your computer containing FSX. If it fails to find it, simply click on the browse button and point the install program to the location of FSX.

The default install location for FSX is:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X

FSX LOCATOR

We also have a small program called FSX Locator, it will try and locate FSX and add some information to your registry which will help our installer find FSX. You can download it here. Once it’s downloaded:

open the zip file
run the program contained in the zip file
then re-run the install of the add-on (there is a good chance it will now find FSX)
