Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery of software is by first class post in the UK, and goods are despatched on the day the order is received providing that this is Monday to Friday before midday. Please allow 7 working days for delivery due to problems with the Post Office. If a product is not yet available or the goods are out of stock you will be informed by return email. We will contact you again when the goods are available to ensure that the order still stands.
Hardware is delivered by courier and we will contact you to arrange a date that is suitable to you. Please note delivery of hardware is free in the UK, but there is a charge of £35 for delivery to Europe. We do NOTdeliver hardware outside Europe.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order as soon as we can. We will normally send your order to you within 2 days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All orders are charged at the standard British VAT rate (currently 17.5%). If you require your payment to be VAT free we will need to have your VAT registration number and your business address to submit to the tax authorities. These should be supplied to us on a separate email, quoting the order number and name the order has been made under.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Calls are charged at normal BT rate. Our mail order office hours are Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and 12 noon. An answering machine is in operation outside office hours.

Such information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information may be used for informing interested parties about new products.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
Faulty products will be refunded (inc. postage) if returned within a reasonable amount of time. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the unlikely event of a complaint, we will endeavour to respond to you within five working days.
